Introduction (I): Start with poverty data for India and how even after many schemes the gains are slow and problem lingers or rather has spread to cities as well.

Body (B): 1) You can examine strategy based on employment schemes, income support scheme, social protection programme, Poverty estimation etc.

2) Now discuss reasons like migration, globalisation, rising inequality, vulnerability and inflation in economy etc. as the causes for poverty becoming All-India phenomenon.

Conclusion (C): Conclude with the recommendations to build on our existing programmes like Universal Basic Income etc.
