A life dedicated to helping sincere aspirants succeed

If IAS is your destination, then you are at the right place.

Hi There, I am Santosh I have the unique distinction of clearing all 6 UPSC CSE Prelims with huge margins.

I mastered the art of clearing UPSC CSE Prelims and in the process devised an unbeatable strategy to ace Prelims which many students struggle to do.

Why Should I follow you?

I am not your average coaching class teacher. But who wants average anyway?

“Socrates mentored Plato, Plato mentored Aristotle, Aristotle mentored the Great Alexander and we all know that Alexander the Great almost conquered the entire world”

This quote signifies the role of an able guide and mentor behind every success story. Since I have cracked all 6 CSE Prelims you can rely on my guidance.

These are a few of my scorecards. I have scored around 150 in Prelims multiple times. This was possible because I mastered both the art and science of CSE Prelims preparation. No one in the entire country can claim this. Knowledge and expertise come only from experience.

Learn from the best.

Many claim to be an expert, but the only who has himself done it can give you real insight. Let me share you the real insight of a great mystic  which will help you in life whenever you are seeking advice

When setting out on a journey do not seek advice from someone who never left home.

  • Substantiating your arguments with relevant facts

My prediction in CSE Mains 2019

CSE Personality test is not the test of knowledge and communication skill. It is a test of your character and suitability for administrative leadership .

With my huge experience of 4 CSE Interviews (196 to 275)  I know what works and what doesn’t. I can help you fine tune yourself to meet their expectation.

Q. What is philosophy behind the website?

In one word it is optimization –“doing the most with the least”. The purpose of optimization is to achieve the “best” result relative to a set of constraints.

I come from an engineering background that continually drives me to pursue efficiency. How can we do more with less? What strategy and tools can we use to minimize our time and maximize our output?

Let me tell you from my personal experience that what makes UPSC CSE preparation a big challenge is not the complexity of the subject and concepts involved, but the time and financial constraint which an aspirant faces during preparation. Given unlimited time anyone can crack this exam, but the challenge is to crack it with the least possible effort and cost. This is what the website intends to achieve. If you want to optimize your effort, you are the right place.

Q. I am a beginner, from where should I start?

I recommend you to start from the strategy page.

Q. I have been following some other online initiative, but have failed to clear prelims even once. Should I switch to your initiative completely?

I do not recommend boycott whatever you are following the right way.

It is said that ‘If You Want Different Results, You Have to Try Different Approaches’. Therefore, first, you need to admit that those initiatives which you were following have failed to optimize your preparation. It is said that “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.” Therefore, if you are sane then you definitely need to change something.

Most aspirants with some basic preparation are able to score 60-70 marks in Prelims. After that, they start struggling because they lack the right guidance. With a lot of effort and some luck, few aspirants are able to cross the cut off by a small margin. Very few are able to cross 115-20 barriers which will give you security and an opportunity to write IFoS also.

I with my experience of cracking all 6 CSE Prelims and guiding several aspirants I can help you cross this barrier with the least possible effort. See below how I helped many candidates last year to do cross the 90 barriers with the least effort.

Q. I have heard a lot about your 4 AM Club. Can you explain briefly?

You’ve got to wake up every morning with determination
if you’re going to go to bed with satisfaction.

Q. I am already doing answer writing on one online platform? Should I take up Daily Practice Sheet along with my present answer writing on some other platform?

Repetitive work is the enemy of efficiency. Therefore I would not recommend you to do so. But the million-dollar question is how to choose the right platform.

  • Choose one initiate based on relevance and standard of practice questions. Ask yourself these questions and you will get the answer.
  • Who is framing these questions?
  • Are they capable of doing so?
  • Have they have cracked mains multiple times to understand the demand for the exam?
  • Do you know their attempt background?

If you are able to get answers to the above questions to go forward and use any platform. The name of the platform doesn’t matter what matter is, whether it is optimizing your time and effort?

As far as Daily Mains Mantra of Daily Practice Sheet is concerned I can assure you that these are the best any aspirant can dream of. The reason is I make them every day in the morning (4-9 AM) with a lot of effort and diligence. I am sure once you taste it, you can’t resist it.

The icing on the cake is a daily live discussion on one chosen question by me. What else you can dream of?

Q. Now that I am convinced that you are the best guide for my IAS preparation can you guide me through your initiatives?

Thank you for accepting me your mentor. I promise I will be a friend, philosopher, and guide in your preparation journey.

My most important initiative is the Daily Practice Sheet. It is the most comprehensive daily initiative which covers prelims, mains, and interview in one sheet. It is designed to systematically builds your knowledge so that you don’t have to waste your time going through various sources and websites.

The second most important initiative is the Daily Prelims Notes. It has been designed to optimize your prelims preparation. The Daily Prelims Topics of the Daily Practice Sheet is linked to the concept and discussed only from the Prelims perspective. So you save your precious time.

The third most important initiative is the Prelims Power Play. Using my unmatched experience of cracking all 6 CSE Prelims this initiative will ensure that you develop unique insights about cracking Prelims without wasting your year solving lousy daily quiz which will never come in the UPSC exam. The most interesting aspect of Prelims Power play is that it is linked to Daily Prelims Notes and Daily Practice Sheet.

The fourth initiative which is of great significance from the point of your mains is Sunday Essay Sadhna. The topics are selected very carefully so that you gain the most while practicing them.

Last but not least the initiative closest to my heart and the favourite of thousands of aspirants in my motivational articles: Sunday Success Sutras. These Success Sutra are refined insights on preparation, relationship, life, motivation, etc.

I see you guiding students throughout the day across various platforms. What do you like to do in your free time?

Generally, I do not get free time. Throughout the day I am guiding the students across platforms. However, whenever I get some free time I love to Involve my self in serving common people and reading books.

I know you have a lot of choices in who you take guidance from. I assure you that I will serve you with complete authenticity, sincerity, and integrity. If you’re curious, here’s an honest answer about each of my attempt
