Body (B): 1) A thematic representation of important component of the CC will be a value-add and save words as well. 2) Now discuss challenges it faces even after its adoption (Refer 2nd ARC). 3) Again for measures the 2nd ARC will be a good source (mention Sevottam Model) Conclusion (C): The CC is an effective tools for high standards of public service delivery and pro-active approach to accountability and thus measures for its implementation in spirit through stakeholder consultation is needed. |
