  2. Discuss the factors responsible for the growth of sugarcane crop. What has led to India becoming a major producer of sugarcane

  1. What do you understand by separation of power? In the light of it explain what do you understand by the tribunalisation of justice?
  2. Discuss the need for overhaul of drug regulation in India.  In this context discuss recent government directive.

  5. Discuss the need for FDI. Assess its flow into India.
  6. How does excessive sugarcane cultivation impact groundwater? What are the solutions to this problem?
  7. What are water guzzling crops? Why do farmers prefer them?
