Context : The Gujarat government on Wednesday decided to “withdraw” revenue record entry from the lands of 121 villages falling under the eco-sensitive zone in Narmada district, which is home to the Statue of Unity and the Kevadia tourism circuit.
Concept :
- Kevadia is a village in the tribal Narmada district. It is home to the SardarSarovar Dam reservoir on the Narmada river.
- Kevadia circuit covers 35 tourist spots including the Valley of Flowers, Vishwa Van, Cactus Garden, Butterfly Garden.
