Hint: First clarify what is class legislation (applies to certain persons or class of persons, gives them privilege). Analyze briefly Art 14 position on class legislation and then present argument for and against if it is class legislation. (Refer model answer for sectional tests)

Introduction (I): Briefly explain what class legislation is. (1 marks)

Body (B):  1) Mention how Art 14 forbids class based legislation.(2)

2) Talk about Maratha reservation and give argument for and against if it is a class legislation and breach in system of reservation. Talk about the opinion of the SC in recent judgement. (6)

Conclusion (c): Matter being a political issue and constitutional needs clear order and clarification by a bigger constitutional bench. (1 marks)
